This place is convenient and fairly clean with a wonderful staff, offering double rooms where kids are allowed and king beds.

Big room size, conveniently located nearthe cmh Airport and Easton Town Centre. Rooms are clean and staff are friendly. Free complimentary internetis a plus!

Bathroom has sliding door which is sometimes difficult to close and made some noises.It would be nice if the hotel can provide a bidet in the toilet.

No continental breakfast.. It was advertised as having free breakfast also restaurant was very weak

The exterior and interior of this hotel was beautiful. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I was most impressed with the room itself. It was clean, comfortable and very plesant. I slept like a log and would definitely recommend that others stay here.

My only critique would be the halways outside the rooms seemed a little dated. The carpet seemed old and a bit dirty. It just didnt match the clean crisp feel of the room itself.

Aaa guide says continental breakfast. Coming from the East where everyone has a free continental breakfast, I assumed it was. It wasn't and I had told everyone it was free. Embarrassing. Should be included.

This place is situated in a super clean building 🏢 in a very convenient location right near the runways.

Very little.The layout of the rooms was awful!The heating and air conditioning system was so loud I could not sleep!There was no room service one night because the chef had to leave to check on his WIFE!!!!Shame on you Sheraton! You are supposed to be a leader in upper class hotels.I Would have been better off at a Holiday Inn Express(I'm not kidding!!).They have a great product.

I was very impressed with the staff and the cleanliness of the hotel. The colors and design were great. I loved being able to get a complimentary cup of good coffee anytime during the day. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

We had to change rooms because the window shade was broke and one of the bed were not clean. Our stay which was booked for 2 nights was only booked for one night, Talked to the frount desk and explained that we were schedule for 2 night was told that it was corrected. We left to take care of business and returned about 5;00PM and was locked out or the room. Went to the front desk was told that when the person added back the night they should have told me that the key need to be changed, This is unacceptable. The second room was ok.

Very clean beautiful lodge quick check in and out full bar decent pool and execise room vending on all floors---nice flat screens with premium channels

Vending does not takes dollars only credit and coins---key cards malfunctioned all the time to room and pool area----room service entered while do not enter sign posted while we were away shopping----not very soundproof----no ice in ice --

The hotel had friendly staff at the reception desk. My room was quite spacious and had convenient amenities like a writing desk, iron, and dresser. the restaurant served excellent food.

We were pretty unhappy with our stay: 1.) Middle of december and the lobby fireplace wasn't lit 2.) Pool room was too cold to even use 3.) We called and requested extra pillows for my pregnant wife. An hour later we had to cal and request them agian because they never came! 4.) We had issues with the tv not working 5.) We also had issues with the lights. Half of the lights in the room didnt work at all. The other half were working only sporatically.
